Who's behind this

We measure things for a living. This is the trades door.

Rings After 5 is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop with one house rule: verified at the source, or it doesn't get asserted.

Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. The pattern behind this whole service surfaced while doing attribution work for an appointment practice: tracing thirteen months of inquiries from first contact to closed work, the marketing questions turned out to be the wrong questions. Inquiries arriving outside staffed hours died at triple the rate — and once anything got booked, those "bad" after-hours leads closed better than the daytime ones. Nobody was underperforming. The clock was.

The trades version of that story plays out harder, because trade emergencies are born after hours by nature. So this door exists: same measurement discipline, aimed at the businesses whose best calls come in at 6:40pm.
